Crossfit disposition has been a breath of fresh air. Having only ever been a member of mainstream gyms I’ve never really pushed myself or tried new things in terms of my fitness. Since joining Crossfit Disposition I feel stronger and fitter than I’ve ever felt, thanks to Cam and his trainers! Each class is supportive and challenging, and I’ve never felt at a disadvantage due to my fitness level. The classes fit in with my own work and family life, and are tailored to the individual. I’m looking forward to kicking more goals and becoming fitter with Cam and all the team at Crossfit disposition!
I have been training at CrossFit Disposition for almost a year now. In that time, I have seen my strength and fitness improve. In addition, my mobility (particularly in my shoulders and hips) has increased significantly. Disposition’s main points of difference compared to other gyms I’ve trained at is the coaching and the sense of community and camaraderie. The coaches have a deep and extensive knowledge of both CrossFit and health and fitness generally. They are also passionate, supportive and encouraging. I really feel that they want me to succeed in my goals as much as I do. They have a very high level of technical knowledge which they explain in ways which are easy to follow. As for the sense of community, we have many members (of all levels of ability) who are regulars. I have seen them develop and achieve their goals. We also have new members starting all the time who are quickly accepted into our pack. The vibe of the Box is the best I have ever experienced. For me, training at Disposition and catching up with my training buddies really is one of the highlights of my day. I couldn’t recommend Disposition highly enough.
I started with CFD to help with fitness and injuries, and certainly got that. Although you also have the set program which is a huge benefit for those of us that don’t know how to do this ourselves. The final benefit for me is the friendly vibe at the gym which motivates me to go more often, as I get to socialise as well.
CrossFit Disposition provides a fun, challenging and disciplined approach to meet clients’ personal strenght and condition objectives. My aim to develop more flexibily and to strengthen my core so that I can play better golf!
