ANGEHi I’m Ange. I am a Mum of 3 busy kids and live in Ipswich with my husband Ben. By day you’ll find me teaching people how to drive or studying at uni, but in the early hours of the morning you’ll find me coaching here at CFD. For me personally, I had bounced around for a few years in different gyms trying classes, walking endlessly on treadmills, headphones in and staring blankly at a wall. But then by chance in 2012, I stumbled across CrossFit. I was hooked from my first class, and my enjoyment of the sport lead me to start coaching in 2014. I really enjoy being part of the journey that everyday people go on when they start CrossFit. I won’t lie, it can be rough being the ‘new kid’ and it may sound like the people around here are speaking another language with named workouts, talking about wods, the nasty girls etc… but the atmosphere and people here at CFD are fantastic and you’ll be part of the family before you know it, and you’ll soon be hooked just like the rest of us.

I Started Training at Crossfit Disposition 4 months ago, in this short space of time I’ve notice huge improvements in my endurance and strength.
